Move Nourish Believe Challege Accepted

I got this email from the Sweatpink community and though "Heck Yes".  Love 

motivation to continue my resolutions and work out.  Join the facebook group and 

join in the fun friends!!

Here's how it works:

1. Each day throughout the month there is a new challenge. Conquer the daily

2. At the end of each week, recap your successes on your blog and/or Facebook page.
