"Five artist-designed temporary public parks have "popped-up" on Main Street from South Temple to 200 South. The Downtown Garden Stroll opened Saturday, April 4 with the unveiling of the pocket parks. This month long event will feature diverse floral arrangements, each with a unique experience, to welcome the spring months to downtown.

From Temple Square to 200 South, planters, storefronts and mini-parks burst with the colors of spring. The goal of the Downtown Garden Stroll is to build upon one of the premier urban gardens in the west, at Temple Square." (DowntownSLC)

I have to admit, there are so many wonderful things I love about this city.  The more time I spend here, the more I really fall in love with all of its little treasures.  

Salt Lake City is really a hidden gem that not many people know.  Well, everyone knows "about it" but they really have no idea just how awesome it is.  Someone once told me that Salt Lake City is everything Denver things it is.  An awesome outdoorsy city nestled in the mountains where you can be skiing in 30 minutes.  

The newest fun little thing about Salt Lake City is these pop up gardens.  Once I saw one, I had to go find them all.  Enjoy!
